If you can't remember your password, go to the Login page from the Account menu at the top of the home page. Beneath the boxes to enter userid and password, you'll see a retrieve password button. After pressing the button, you'll be asked for a userid. tripBAM will find the userid and send the password to the email address associated with that userid,
