If you need to retrieve information for a past booking,
select the “My tripBAM” tab at the top of the page and then the “My Bookings”
menu item. All of your current and past
bookings will be displayed. To view the
details for the booking, select the details icon or link. If for some reason your booking is not
displayed, it is most likely over 90 days from when the trip was taken and has
been archived.
