Once a cluster of hotels is created, tripBAM will book the BEST rate it can find across these hotels that is not prepaid and can be cancelled prior to check in date.  Example – if you select 10 hotels to include in your cluster, tripBAM will search the rates across all 10 of these hotels to find the BEST rate.  Once found, a reservation is made and an email sent to the user notifying them of the booking.  The user can either confirm or cancel the reservation and then decide if they want tripBAM to keep searching for an even better deal.  If so, the process repeats until we reach the cancellation window (typically 24 hours prior to arrival).
