tripBAM relies on third party companies to provide star ratings for hotels.  Unfortunately, there is not much consistency in grading so hotels may be considered a 3 star to one person but a 2 star to another.  If a hotel appears with a star rating that you believe to be inaccurate, please provide us the feedback and we will research and change.  If this hotel is included in a search cluster, simply remove from the cluster and continue the search process.  Longer term, we are researching alternative hotel rating services and will provide additional ratings in a future release.
