Our mission is to find the best rate at the best hotel, every time.   Occasionally, a traveler will find a rate at a hotel that is less than the rate booked by tripBAM at the same hotel and for the same room.  Most often, the reason is:

• the rate outside of tripBAM requires prepayment or a deposit
• the rate is non-refundable.  tripBAM only books flexible rates that don't require a deposit and can be easily cancelled.   
• the rates are part of a negotiated rate program such as AAA, AARP, military/government, etc.  If you quality for these rates, be sure and select those options on the search options page and in your profile.
