  1. How do I "accept" a rate, for the alternate hotel, not the one with the lowest rate??

    On my iniitial "test drive" of the system, you obtained a more favorable rate on my first choice of hotels, however the lowest rate was for a hotel that would not be my first choice. How do I indicate my "acceptance" of the rate at the better hotel, the Vinoy Resaissance in St. Petersburg, FL?

    allow me to create an account using facebook credentials. better yet, if I end up finding and booking a hotel at a cheaper rate using your tool, then i can post it as a status update to my network!

  4. Reduce spam by having option of weekly or monthly updates, not daily!!

    I am getting daily spam emails.

    Give us an option to set their frequency, and start with a weekly, not daily, update!

  5. Mobile Notifications

    Hi .. Congrats on your recent round of funding. The service sounds interesting.

    Was wondering if you have plans for mobile notifications when there are changes in the hotel rates?

    We are a team of X-yahoo's building a B2C mobile notification service, that lets businesses send Rich, Mobile notifications to a user without using SMS. The service is much cheaper, richer and reliable than typical SMS notifications.

  10. Either Remove or Better use the filter at bottom of my bookings/searches

    Seemed like the "filter" was more techy than user friendly and needs to be better integrated so it is intuitive. I was scared to hit "clear" as I thought it would wipe out all my reservations.

  11. Make the confirm button = I agree button to decrease number of "clicks"

    Seemed like when I received my Congrats e-mail and I went to confirm, I would click confirm and then it would come up with click this button to confirm. Why not just say by clicking confirm once you agree to cancel and rebook process.

  12. Allow me to forward my hotel confirmation email to tripBAM

    I would like to forward the confirmation email I received from an online booking site to tripBAM as a way to start a new search for alternate hotels and rates. Ideally, tripBAM would parse the email to extract the current rate and respond with a link that takes me straight into a search with that hotel as my center point.

  13. Savings required by property due to amenities

    The larger corporate market has negotiated amenities in their rate - parking, breakfast, and wireless. They'd like to require a minimum threshold of savings for when a traveler has booked at one of these hotels in order to give up on these add ins. Example - company has a $180 rate at the Marriott that includes breakfast and wireless. In order to move to a lower rate, they would need to save at least $10 for wireless plus $10 for breakfast (times 50% for expected usage) or $10 per night or $170 or less. They'd like to provide a table…
