  1. Add a "Find a hotel" button if they don't have an existing reservation. Post-booking page would capture cluster and min. savings.

  2. search hotel list

    When you put in your city, the hotels that come up stop at the end of the first page. You cannot input a hotel after the first page if you do not know the name of the hotel.

  3. Set max adults and childern at 2

    Most hotels can't support more than 4 in a room. We should limit the number of adults and children to only what we can support today to avoid wasted processing. 2 - Adults, 2 - Children, 4 max in one room.

  5. Send email on first seach if no savings found

    User needs to be notified when no savings is found and that the system will continue to search. Include tips for improving our chances.

  7. grammar error

    the word "to" needs to be between button and complete in the following sentence - Once checked, you will be able to click the button complete the requested operation.

  8. Pending booking icon

    On the search list, change the icon to something different when a booking is pending. tripBAM uses the same edit icon which is confusing.

  13. When booking the best rate, the threshold rate should be new rate

    When I selected to book the best rate and then went in to continue to search, the rate is blank and the book best is still checked. it should change to reflect the new booked rate and the check box unchecked.

  14. Provide a more hotels button on initial hotel list

    Provide the user the ability to see more hotels for a city by providing a MORE button on the menu similar to the hotel cluster page.

  15. Provide rate at reference hotel

    when returning rates, provide the rate at my reference hotel when booking another hotel as a reference rate. Users that provide a hotel name are biased for some reason. Rather than require they shop, reply back with the rate at that hotel (plus top x in the cluster) to provide perspective.

  16. allow user setting to automatically confirm a new booking if at the same hotel.

    why require the user to review if the savings is at the same hotel?

  17. Send reminder email when booking pending user approval

    We should send a daily email reminding the user to approve or decline a booking for tripbam to continue searching.
